So its that time of the year where we can fry things out of our oily faces! 😛 Well not literally, but you know what I mean right? So this face mask is a TOTAL savior controls oil for a really good time. More so, it is natural and you can make it at home in a fraction! So you can use it often as well 🙂

My skin is very seasonal, it is dry in winters and chip chip in summers! But if i’m in an air conditioned room, then it acts fine even in summers. However, since our environment is not centrally air conditioned I love this mask when I reach home from the gruesome bus travel with 1000 people sticking to each other (Yuck!)

Best Face Mask For Oily Skin:

Ingredients for face mask for oily skin

Multani Mitti (Fullers earth) - 1 tbsp.
Amba Haldi powder (Kasturi Manjal) - 1 tsp.
Neem Powder (Margosa leaves powder) - 1/2 tbsp.
Leamon Juice - 5 drops
Rose water/Curd water - to make a paste

Procedure:

You need to mix it all and prepare a thick paste. Ensure it is not too runny!
Apply it on clean face and keep it on for 30 - 45 minutes, wash it off with water and pat it dry. Ensure to use your favorite moisturizer after this mask.

Lemon and curd water acts as an astringent and reduces the size of your pores

I really find this soothing after a long day out. Also, if i’m using rose water, then I make this in advance and store it in my refrigerator for 1 week and apply as required. That chilled feeling you get is to die for! 🙂
