Last weekend when I had long nights and short sleep, and was constantly on toes, this face pack helped me look good and made my skin look well rested.

Sometimes in life such quick fixes really help you lift up your mood as well. For me it really worked 🙂 Read on to make this simple yet effective face pack.

OK so we need the following things for the face pack:

  • Oats - 1 tbsp
  • Milk - 3 tbsp
  • Turmeric - 1 tsp

Procedure to make this face pack:

  • Boil oats in milk till its nicely cooked and soft (will take about 3 minutes)
  • Let it cool a bit and add turmeric to it
  • Mix well and apply evenly

How to use this face pack:

  • Apply evenly on your face and neck
  • Massage the face pack into your skin (if your face pack is too dry; add milk so it spreads evenly)
  • After a good 3 minute massage leave it on for 15 minutes
  • Wash off with warm water and then a splash of cold water
  • Spray some rose water and let your skin cool
  • Now touch your skin and feel the softness 🙂

This works great on dry skin and tired dehydrated skin. If you have oily skin you can use yogurt, but boil oats in water. This works well on Pigmentation as well if used regularly.
