Nourishing mask-bareskinessentials

I hope you played Holi with all your heart and did not worry about how your hair and skin will turn out! Usually the colors that we use, make our hair, skin and whole body very dry. I mean even while I’m writing this post I find my skin extremely dry and stretchy.

If this has happened to you too, here’s a super nourishing mask, to pamper your skin and remove the chemical trauma it went through. This mask can be made with simple ingredients that will be available in every home πŸ™‚

Skin Nourishing Mask:

Ingredients needed:

  • Olive Oil/Homemade Ghee
  • Raw Honey
  • Banana Mashed
  • Powdered oats (You can skip this if you don’t have)

Mix all in one bowl and make a smooth paste.

I have not mentioned the amount needed, as you need to gauge the consistency yourself. It should be a thick creamy rich paste. Something, that you feel like eating!

Apply the nourishing mask, on your skin and massage your skin for 2 minutes. Let it soak in for another 20 minutes and wash it off. Wash it off with normal water not hot or cold.

This mask will immediately make your skin plump and well nourished. The dryness caused due to colors will immediately be washed out πŸ™‚ In general also this mask, is a great anti-aging skin treatment.

The same nourishing mask can be used for your body also!

Have a great evening all my lovely lovely people and eat something yummy tonight πŸ˜€

  1. No wonder this fruit is relied upon by almost everyone. I use it for hair care recipes more often than for skin care πŸ™‚
