Kama Ayurveda Organic Aloevera Juice Review

I have been using Kama Ayurveda organic aloevera juice since a long time and have almost finished the bottle. Read on to know how does this perform and why aloevera juice is good for you!

I had indulged in some TLC at the Kama store after a successful launch of my Handmade Hair Food. I really got great response and thank you all so much 🙂 My Facebook page now has a shop option! 😀 Anyway, so I had actually gone there to buy their rose water, but when I saw aloevera juice; I got tempted and purchased it.

My Experience with Kama Ayurveda Organic Aloevera Juice:

So I was thinking of starting to use aloevera juice on my skin since a long time. I went to patanjali to buy their juice but they only had 1 litre bottle! I already have Amla juice in the morning so an additional aloevera dose would be too much; and no way I could finish a liter in 1 month for my hair and skin! As mentioned, I treated myself a few gifts from Kama Ayurveda and I ended up buying this, instead of rose water.

I am kinda glad I bought this, since I love the hydration it gives to my skin. I usually use this at night, I spray some on my face and then let it air dry; when it is semi dry I apply my moisturizer/oil. This way the moisturizer/oil also seeps in better on humid skin. This smells exactly like aloevera so NOT a great smell. But I like the fact that it does not have any artificial fragrance.

Packaging: It comes in a nice sturdy plastic bottle with a pump dispenser and a cap to cover the dispenser. It is definitely travel friendly. But I just wish they would have thought of a spray dispenser instead of pump. I personally find it a little difficult to pump out water! Spraying it straight on the face would have made it really easier.

So far, aloevera juice has been really nice to me. It gives my skin instant hydration and makes it really soft. It has helped me control my breakouts and soothes my skin almost instantly. You will not see miraculous results (But it’s not supposed to do any miracles either!) but overall I am definitely loving every bit of it.

It is also mentioned on the pack, that this juice can be used on your hair - yes I tried but honestly my hair would need 1/4th of the bottle for one use itself! Hence I avoid using it so frequently. I used it once or twice (little quantity though) and it didn’t make a difference. But i’m sure it works great on hair too 🙂
