Without wasting further time, here it is.

Multi-tasking Kitchen Ingredients For Skin

Oats:

Oats are SO good! I love them for my breakfast and love them as dinner for my skin. Oats moisturize your skin, can be used for mild exfoliation and a super potent mask. Use it in any way and it will serve all the above mentioned purpose ๐Ÿ™‚

Honey!

Raw organic honey has anti-bacterial powers (Note: ONLY raw organic honey) and because of this it acts as a great cleanser. Honey is known for its moisturizing properties as well; even for oily skin types and can be used alone as a face mask or added in any of the ingredient to create a potent mask. Manuka honey if found works like a dream!

Tomato, Lemon and citric fruits and vegetables:

They have citric acid in them and hence helpful in removing the dead skin cells. As a mask they have amazing skin lightening properties. If mixed with raw honey, can you imagine the goodness? ๐Ÿ˜€

Milk and Yoghurt:

Again due to the lactic acid content, it exfoliates skin beautifully. As a cleanser it works really effectively and also removes make up in the best way possible. Milk and Yoghurt also have good moisturizing properties and can be used to create a paste (for face pack) instead of water.

Almond meal/Powder:

I love almonds! Their vitamin E content is something my skin craves for. Almond has moisturizing properties; since it is powdered, it also mildly exfoliates your skin removing dirt and dead skin cells and when used as a mask with milk - oh my goodness, this richness will definitely be responded positively by your skin <3

Fruits like Papaya

Papaya contains ‘papainโ€™ which is responsible for the anti-aging benefit it grants us ๐Ÿ™‚ With that, it also exfoliates, moisturizes, works as a cleanser AND a face mask! Phew, Such a wonderful fruit; isnโ€™t it?

These basic kitchen ingredients for skin are found in every kitchen and have some really good stuff to give to you! Nature really has it all and in abundance, all you need to do is look at it and use it ๐Ÿ™‚ You will find abundance only when you look for it, right?
