Hellooo People!
So 2015 has come to an end and it’s been a hell of a year. With many ups and downs, I am ready to welcome 2016 taking with me only the Up’s of 2015 🙂 So here’s a list of skin care goals I thought i’ll share.
Skin Care is a vast topic, there are SO many things covered like the type of your skin, issues one faces etc. Some products that work on me might be disastrous for you and vice versa. There are lazy days and then over active days where we try to cover everything thats missed and slather products and packs on our face! (Yup I do that :P) Let’s get clarity and set these goals for skin care and yes follow it ofcourse 🙂
Skin Care Goals 2016
- First and foremost never sleep with makeup or sunscreen products on! Its a SIN. Period.
- Let’s make skin care routine simple and natural. Sometimes doing too many things spoils the inner layers of skin; its like too many cooks spoil the broth!
- Exfoliate ATLEAST once a week to slough off dead skin cells and refresh the skin to new
- Moisturize skin in EVERY season, EVERY skin type. Trust me it doesn’t matter. Hydration is must.
- Visit a dermatologist once in 6 months atleast and get a skin care routine set.
- Follow a proper night time skin care routine. This also includes my above point of visiting a dermatologist and getting proper prescription creams.
- Know the importance of using a right face wash. Yes, it is really important to use the right face wash; that doesn’t dry your skin out or leave it feeling oily
- Use only homemade natural face packs. Oh common! I’m sure you buy only the natural face packs! Might as well make one at home. You have many many recipes that you can find it here and also they are not really difficult to make 🙂
- Take care of hair scalp as it also affects the way our skin reacts
- Eat healthy and exercise well. Yes, eat all your fruits and vegetables and get your exercise routine in place. Any form of exercise is required and good for your body; so don’t get lazy here!
