11 Comments on Homemade Eye Cream: Do It Yourself

  1. HEy Sorry Vidhiv to be crazy obnoxious but I love your blog and regarding the undereye cream for oily skin, what alternatives can be used for evening primrose oil? I do not wanna buy too many things that I won´t se, but have argan and olive oil here could I use that instead of the evening primrose oil?

    • Hey Kyria!

Don’t be sorry coz you are absolutely right :) I usually try and cut down on the oils I buy as well. You can substitute Argan with Primrose. Of course the benefits would be altered a little. But Argan works great either ways.

  2. For the first cream you posted for bright and soft under eye I’d like to add geranium oil…how much would I add? I am new to this and wasn’t sure.
    Thanks!

  3. Oh and for the second cream I can´t get cucumber gel where I live…can I just use the double amount of aloe vera gel?

  4. I would like to do the last antiaging cream, have everything here besides almond and carrot oil,can I use olive oil instead of the almond oil and more roship oil instead of cartot oil? oh and I also have no lavender essential oil….

    • Hi Kyria!

Yes olive oil can be replaced for Almond oil. But carrot seed oil is very important for anti-aging. See if you may get it online.. Where do you live? May be I can help you? :) Lavender you can skip, no problem.

      • I live in Germany. i ll probably find the carrot oil, it was just a matter of convenicence. But cucumbergel I have no idea where to find. >_<
